Anthony Gibbs was born in 1951 and has been drawing for as long as he can remember. Gibbs studied at the School of Fine Arts and has exhibited at the Mall Galleries, London, Nature in Art, and The Gloucester Colmore Galleries, Henley in Arden. The artist's intricate attention to detail, and rich texture, and the subtleties of light and shadow have made him one of the most popular artists. His original paintings sell to eager collectors around the world and limited edition prints of his works are always in demand. His first one man show was in 1976 and there have been six other exhibitions since.
